This person witnessed an unusual sight at the Dome of Rock in Jerusalem. They saw what appeared to be a UFO, hovering over the Dome of Rock. It descended above the structure slowly, then with a flash of light, shot back up in the sky quickly. It disappeared in the night sky, and a large spiral of blinking red lights could be seen in its place.
