In a massive development over the central government’s recently-introduced agriculture reforms, the Punjab government on Tuesday introduced three Bills in the state Assembly to negate the Centre’s farm laws after over a month of vehement protest by farmers in the state, and across the country.Subsequently, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh moved a resolution on the floor of the state assembly over the concerns of the government against the agriculture ordinances and amendments to the Electricity Act.
