식약처, 23일부터 의약외품 마스크 수출 전면 허용

South Korea is lifting the export ban on nonwoven fabrics this week that are used to produce protective masks as the domestic supply of the materials and masks have stabilized.
From this Friday, local manufacturers of face masks will be allowed to export all types of masks - no longer restricted to the previous cap of 50-percent exports of their monthly production.
This includes the country's top-rated KF-94 masks - roughly the equivalent to the N-95 abroad.
And to help them reach customers overseas, the government will be providing support for marketing and logistics.
