NCW issues notice to Kamal Nath over 'item' jibe against BJP leader

The National Commission for Women (NCW) has issued a notice to Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Kamal Nath over his 'item" jibe at a BJP woman MLA candidate Imarti Devi.
