Abdul Hayee Mian from Pakistan shares his experience about his Strategic Human Resource Management - Level 2 Course from London Business Training & Consulting (LBTC) which he attended from 9 Dec 19 to 13 Dec 19.
Abdul Hayee Mian is a Manager in the HR & Administration department of the Pakistan Peace Collective. Here, he shares his thoughts on his course journey with LBTC and his consultant Salma Ismail.
He mentions that his objective of attending this course was broadening his horizon in terms of Strategic Human Resource Management. He states that his learning objectives have been met more than he expected, and he is quite impressed with his consultant and LBTC.
He had a bit of a different experience while learning in a very diversified group which was quite good for him as he not only learned from the trainer but the other team members as well.
He calls his consultant Ms Salma a wonderful and different person. The fact that he liked most about her was that she was open to discussing anything and had no hard and fast rule to complete the training.
The iPad received from LBTC was quite a useful gift according to him, and he uses it to get all the study material for each course he took every day. Thanks to the iPad, he doesn't need to carry a bunch of papers and book back with him from the training.
He appreciates the staff of LBTC for being so helpful and guiding him all along since the very first point he enters the premises.
He looked very enthusiastic while speaking about recommending LBTC to others and returning to LBTC for further training in future.
