Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that prison authorities have been asked to come up with new standard operating procedures (SOPs) in managing inmates to curb the spread of Covid-19.
Ismail Sabri said that of the 691 Covid-19 positive cases recorded on Oct 6, 401 were from prisons in Kedah and Perak.
