A meeting of village panchayat was held in Hathras on Sunday which welcomed the decision of Uttar Pradesh government to recommend CBI probe in gangrape incident. India Today's Mausami Singh spoke to former BJP MLA Rajveer Singh Pehelwan who organised that meeting.
