Only foreign officials who are ministers or are of a higher rank will be allowed to enter the country for official matters, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Senior Minister said that a special National Security Council (NSC) meeting decided that all permitted foreign officials must adhere to strict standard operating procedures (SOPs).
