UP govt forms 3-member panel to probe Hathras gangrape

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has formed a three-member panel to probe the Hathras gangrape and death case and asked the team to submit a report. The probe panel will be monitored by UP home secretary Bhagwan Swarup.
