The Election Commission of India on Friday announced the date of Bihar Assembly Election. Chief Election Commissioner of India Sunil Arora said that the Bihar elections will take place in three phases. The voting for the first phase elections will be held in 71 Assembly constituencies on October 28. Watch the video.
