Locals took off their socks and shoes to walk home through flooded roads after heavy rain in Bangkok, Thailand, this afternoon (September 23).
Thunder and lightning crashed over the city before downpours caused flash floods on the city's busy roads in the Huai Khwang district.
Drivers had to battle through the deluge while workers and students returning home in the evening were soaked while walking through the water.
