Orange Campus Africa, an online training platform to meet the specific needs of African people, universities and companies.

Orange data centre in Côte d'Ivoire, the solution was designed to meet the specific needs of African people, universities and companies.
African universities can use the platform to teach new subjects, especially in the ICT sector, which are essential for promoting economic development and employment.
Content can be adapted to local training needs as well as the available courses.

The platform allows universities to monitor their students’ progress and supplement training with virtual classes.
This online and face-to-face teaching is an asset for increasing the number of students and eliminating barriers related to students’ geographic distance.
Companies can also train their employees using this platform, using existing university courses or training provided by other companies (partners, product suppliers, etc.).

Orange Campus Africa offers training from the Virtual Universities of Senegal and Tunis, the French Digital Universities UNIT (Engineering and Technology) and AUNEGE (Economics and Management), from the training firm Finafrique, from the IT engineering school EPITA , the mobile operator association GSMA and even the Software Culture division of Orange Labs.

Finally, small training providers, such as start-ups or local organisations, can also host their courses and boost visibility.

The platform will provide online services and enable Virtual Universities to support the increasing skills of the African academic world in this new and essential field to meet the growing demand for training.
