Ramsey Marcello not only specializes in all three of these fields, but brings over a decade of experience in these industries to the table to help clients in one or all three areas. Each skill complements the other, allowing Mr. Marcello to provide a unique and tailored experience for his clients to help them achieve their goals.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ramsey Marcello always knew his career would flourish in his hometown. While he is currently living and working in New Orleans, his studies and career first took him to Tennessee, where he obtained a degree in Economics/History and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Shortly after graduating, Ramsey decided to put his degree to the test and hone his skills with a position within the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Fast forward several years and many cases later, Ramsey Marcello wanted to accelerate his goals and did so by returning to New Orleans to attend Tulane University. In 2009, Mr. Marcello graduated with a Juris Doctor and a supplemental certificate in Maritime Law. He spent the following years working for various reputable firms where he took on cases pertaining to liability, personal injury, malpractice, and negligence. After a few years passed, Ramsey began to really hone in on areas that spoke to his passions which resulted in taking on cases related to financial planning, tax preparation, and estate planning.

Mr. Marcello’s interests culminated in the founding of his company, Southern Coast Wealth Advisors of which he is currently CEO. The locally owned and operated business specializes in insurance and investment brokerage for individuals, corporations, and everything in between. His company provides his clients with insight, comprehensive analyses, and the knowledge needed to help them navigate the complicated industries of finance, insurance, and real estate.

When Ramsey Marcello isn’t helping clients, he focuses his time on helping and improving his community. Ramsey currently sits on the board for three organizations, the Isidore Newman Alumni Association, the Irish Channel Neighborhood Association, and the Forum for Equality Foundation. His diverse background in law and finance helps him provide essential counsel for each of these foundations so they can continue to provide valuable services to the local community and enact positive change wherever possible.
