Voters take part in 'illegal' election in Ethiopia's Tigray region

Residents of Ethiopia's northern Tigray region vote in parliamentary elections deemed illegal by the prime minister. Polls opened across the mountainous region despite a federal decision to postpone all elections because of the coronavirus pandemic.
