NCB to arrest Rhea today, to be taken for medical tests

The NCB has started the process of Rhea Chakraborty's arrest. Rhea will be arrested at 5 pm today after Day 3 of NCB's interrogation ends. Two aspects that worked against Rhea and led to her arrest are harbouring narcotics and procuring narcotics.
