5.5 million people have received the special R350 COVID-19 relief grant. But almost 3 million people did not. Social Development Minister, Lindiwe Zulu, hit back at detractors criticising her department. This follows a scathing assessment from the Auditor-General over the expenditure of COVID-19 funds.
