Recipe For two members-
Ingredient -
FOR GRAVY-
250 Gm chicken
02 Medium Onions
02 tsp ginger garlic paste
4-5 curry leafs
01 Tomato (Optional)
02-03 Green Chillies
Coirnder Leaf , Green Chilli , Onion for Garnish
01-02 cup water for soup
FOR FRYING-
01 tsp Salt , Red Chilli Power, Coirender Power and Chiecke Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric Power, Black Pepper Power and Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Jeera(Cumin) and 01 Bay Leaf, Saunf and Long, Black pepper
02 tsp oil for making the dish
PREPARATION METHODS-
* First take kadai and On the flame and put the 2 tsp oil and wait for hot and then put the Chicken pieces and then do flame LOW and wait 5 minutes.
* Make gravy paste and all the spices put into the other bowl and add some water and mix well.
* Then check the fried chicken and spare it to kadai
*Jeera and bay leaf (Whole Garam Masala) and curry leafs put into the remaining oil and wait 01 minute than put the gravy paste into the kadai and leave it for brownish on LOW flame for 5 minutes.
* After that all spices put into the kadai for 5-6 minutes on LOW Flame for deep fry.
* After 5 to 6 minutes check the gravy and put all the FRIED CHICKEN PIECES in kadai and mix well for absorbing gravy and leave it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
* Mix the 1 and 1-1/2 water (as requried for soup) for gravy and leave it for 10-12 minutes on low flame.
* Then take a bowl and put the CHICKEN-DO-PYAJA and garnish with Coirnder Leaf , Green Chilli , Onion for Garnish and take enjoy
TIPS-
***GRAVY SHOULD BE COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR BETTER TASTE.
*** CHIECKEN PIECES SHOULD BE DEEP FRIED.
*** FOR AROMA AND TASTE CURRY LEAFS SHOULD BE APPLIED.
***OIL AND WATER SHOULD BE LEVELED.
