Non-consolidated jeeps by Dec. 2020 to be issued provisional permits: DOTr

DOTr Asec. Alberto Suansing maintains that the phaseout of traditional jeeps will push through in 2021. Non-consolidated operators by year-end, however, will still be given provisional permits to ply certain routes.
