Bogota imposes strict new quarantine to control spread of Covid-19

Bogota imposes strict quarantine measures until August 30 which will affect over a million people iving in Colombia's capital, in an attempt to slow down the spread of Covid-19 and prevent the collapse of the city's intensive care network.
