Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said police have arrested 18 Malaysians and Indonesians suspected to be involved in the kidnapping of a housewife in Kulai on February 21st and held her captive for 27 days at a farm house in Batam, Indonesia.
