Ninety percent of Raqqa retaken from Islamic State, says US military

The United States military said on Tuesday that it could only confirm that about 90% of the Syrian city of Raqqa had been retaken from Islamic State militants, even as the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces declared victory in the Raqqa war.
