Bukit Gelugor MP and lawyer Ramkarpal Singh said following Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s instruction, he has forwarded a letter of demand for explanation to Muhammed Yusoff Rawther, the individual who claimed that Anwar had sexually assaulted him while working as a researcher for PKR.
