PM: KL-Singapore HSR project postponed, not scrapped

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad told reporters at the end of his visit to Japan on Tuesday that the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore high-speed rail (HSR) project has been postponed as the country cannot afford the project.
