Putin says St Petersburg supermarket bombing was 'an act of terrorism'

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday said that a bomb blast at a St Petersburg supermarket the day before was an act of terrorism. He said security forces whose lives were threatened by terrorist suspects should shoot to kill.
