Former Road Transport Department (JPJ) deputy director-general Datuk Yusoff Ayob claimed trial to driving on the emergency lane at Lingkaran Putrajaya.
He appeared before magistrate Syahrul Sazly Md Sain on Tuesday after he was recharged for the offence.
