Mara chairman Tan Sri Annuar Musa told a press conference on Tuesday that Mara Inc sold off the 12-storey office building for A$23.4mil in 2016, which is A$2.4mil more than the price when it was first bought. He added that the profit made is meant to clear Mara Inc's loans with two Australian banks.
