Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said the 10 individuals involved in the fracas in Parliament on Thursday have until 2pm Friday to surrender to police. The Inspector-General of Police said that police have to protect the sanctity of Parliament and that the case was being investigated under Section 147 of the Penal Code for rioting.
