Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak outlined four dimensions or principles to achieve holistic human capital development to ensure sustainable economic development in Malaysia. He said this during the launch of the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, Pahang Campus in Indera Mahkota, Kuantan on Saturday.
