PKA in talks with MoF to discuss second soft loan restructuring

Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the Ministry of Finance (MoF)will be in touch with the Port Klang Authority (PKA) to discuss over the possible restructuring of its Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) project debt.
