Controversial Sungai Besar Umno chief Datuk Seri Jamal Yunos was fined RM400 by the Shah Alam magistrate's court on Wednesday for causing a public nuisance with his beer smashing stunt at the exit gate of Bangunan SUK Darul Ehsan on Oct 5, 2017.
