Penang police have arrested a 38-year-old single mother who had been stealing valuables from unsuspecting victims at a mosque in USM and a surau at Penang Hospital since January.
George Town OCPD Assistant Commissioner Anuar Omar said the woman would enter the prayer hall and make her move while others were praying.
