Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has insisted that the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal is still alive despite the unexpected absence of Canadian leader Justin Trudeau at the TPP-11 leaders meeting in Danang, Vietnam on Friday.
