Umno Youth and several other non-governmental organisations (NGOs) handed a memorandum of protest to the North Korean embassy in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday afternoon, urging Malaysia to reconsider diplomatic ties with North Korea and withdraw from the free visa agreement with the country.
