MACC: Guan Eng, Phang arrested on Attorney General's instructions

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission said Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and businesswoman Phang Li Koon were arrested after receiving instructions from the Attorney-General's Office to charge them in court on Thursday.
