Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) and Cambridge Malaysian Education and Development Trust (CMEDT) signed the Letter of Intent on Monday to launch a pilot project named Cambridge Accessible Tests (CATs) within UPSI that aims to strengthen Malaysians' English. The launching ceremony was wtiness by Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh.
