Convicted serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah will be interviewed and monitored by the Malaysian police after his expected departure from Canada on Sunday. Deputy Inspector-General Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim told reporters that under the laws of Malaysia, Selva is eligible to live anywhere he wants.
