Indian state names successor as thousands mourn charismatic leader

Thousands mourn actress-turned-politician Jayalalithaa Jayaram, after she died Monday from a cardiac arrest. Her party, AIADMK, has appointed a loyalist to lead her southern state and keep her supporters together.
