Bank Rakyat to set up board oversight committee, appoint acting chairman

After the arrests of its chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Haji Zainal and managing director Datuk Mustafha Abd Razak over an embezzlement case, Bank Rakyat has made a few changes to its management.
