A man and a woman were both charged in a Singapore court on Wednesday for their roles in wrecking a Teochew porridge restaurant along Upper Serangoon Road. The duo were among four people who threw utensils, tables and chairs at the Heng Long Teochew Porridge, following a dispute over their bill.
