Tan Chee Chong, the head of Chinese affairs for Pertubuhan Minda & Sosial Prihatin Malaysia on Saturday lodged a police report against Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng for leading 19 Chinese nationals to cause disturbance at Monspace Sdn Bhd's office on May 23.
