IGP cannot comment much on Noor Amila kidnap-cum-murder case

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar did not reveal much about the case that saw five-year-old Noor Amila Erdus Norsham killed after he was kidnapped by his abductors.
