Former executive director of Kencana Petroleum Berhad Yeow Kheng Chew has been charged at the Sessions Court on Friday, for acquiring more than a million of the company's share units through insider trading.Two others, Paulene Chee Yuet Fang and remisier Tan Yee Chee, pleaded not guilty to abement charges.
