Serdang cop's death due to negligence, says deputy IGP

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim commented on the injuries and deaths involving police officers such as the incident in Serdang where a sergeant was accidentally shot in the head by his colleague.
