Second Finance Minister Datuk Johari Abdul Ghani said Bank Negara Malaysia's (BNM) deduction would help reduce the cost of funds and boost investment and consumer spending. He said this after launching the People's Carnival and Jalur Gemilang Campaign on Sunday.
