Finance Ministry's secretary-general Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah answered a question from a reporter during a dialogue on Budgetary Priorities in a Challenging Economic Environment on Monday. The reporter asked how much of the RM848bil external debt of Malaysia belongs to debt incurred by 1MDB.
