IGP confirms Malaysian bomb expert arrested in Philippines for suspected terrorism

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar confirmed on Wednesday that the suspected Islamist militant caught by the authorities in Southern Philippines is indeed a Malaysian who hails from Kelantan.
