Bent Press of 99lb Brutus & Hub Curl & Military Press WEIDER 1st Gen 45lb(46.5lb actual) plate. Figured l already Hub Cleaned & Pressed on the previous one soooo let's make it interesting with a Hub Curl instead. Hub is 5" wide: wider than my hand!! Man, this was so much fun!! God Bless!!
