Step 1) Boil noodles (2 cups)
Step 2) Heat 2 tbsp oil in an open pan.
Step 3) Add 8-9 pods of chopped garlic and roast.
Step 4) Add 1 tbsp ginger, 2 green chillies, 1 tbsp chilly flakes, 2 tbsp spring onions and mix.
Step 5) Add 2 tbsp thinly sliced capsicum, 2 tbsp carrots, 2 tbsp beans and salt to taste.
Step 6) Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp chilly sauce and mix.
Step 7) Add the boiled noodles, mix thoroughly and enjoy.
