Tricycles, motorcycles & Pasig River Ferry allowed to transport frontliners during MECQ

Unlike in the previous MECQ, tricycles and motorcycle backriding will be allowed to transport frontliners during the two-week lockdown, according to MMDA general manager Jojo Garcia.
