A forensic investigation has been launched into alleged corruption at the uMkhanyakude District Municipality. KZN Cogta MEC Sipho Hlomuka says all allegations will be probed. The municipality has also been beset by infighting between the mayor and the municipal manager, which has negatively impacted service delivery.
